The service
DocForge turns finished Word documents into reusable templates, generates new documents from a form, notes, documents or JSON, and checks returned documents against their template. The marketing site is docforge.live; the application runs at app.docforge.live.
Accounts
Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Upload only content you have the right to use, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access other accounts' data or to disrupt the service. Technical limits apply: .docx files only, up to 25 MB per file, up to 5 files per analysis.
Your content
You own your documents and templates. You grant us the license needed to process them for you, nothing more. We do not use your content to train models. Templates export with you.
AI output
Generated documents are produced with the AI provider you connect, under your agreement with that provider. Review generated documents before you rely on them.
Plans
DocForge is free for private use. Organizations need a per-organization license, see Pricing or contact us.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is and evolves over time. Self-hosted deployments are under your control, including their availability.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by content you generate with the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
